On April 17, 2026, we held our kickoff meeting for the second half of fiscal year 2025.
The event was held at the TKP Shin-Yokohama Conference Center, where all employees shared the direction for the first half of fiscal year 2026 through activities such as progress sharing from each department, presentations of business improvement proposals, and team building.
The day began with opening remarks, followed by progress reports from each department.
This provided an opportunity to share the progress, challenges, and future goals of each department, fostering a deeper understanding across departments.

In the subsequent presentation of business improvement proposals, ideas for business improvement and efforts to streamline operations that arose from daily work were shared. The sharing of improvement proposals born from daily work provided participants with a time that led to new insights and learning.

An internal company awards ceremony was also held.
In the second half of fiscal year 2025, the number of employees receiving internal awards reached a record high, reflecting the high level of commitment each employee has to their work and their awareness of learning and growth. In addition to awarding the President's Award, Special Awards, and Encouragement Awards, the number of employees obtaining recommended qualifications also reached a record high. This proactive approach to improving knowledge and skills alongside daily work is a great inspiration to the entire company.
By recognizing and valuing employees' daily efforts to improve their work and take on challenges, as well as their continuous efforts to acquire qualifications, we are creating an environment where employees can inspire and grow together.
At the awards ceremony, the recipients were congratulated, and the entire audience gave them warm applause.

For team building, we conducted a consensus-building game.
This game involves being presented with a challenge based on a single theme, and then having team members discuss and reach a consensus on the final priorities based on their individual priorities. Because the nature of the discussion and the roles of each member vary depending on the members and the number of people in the team, each team had its own unique character. Even members who don't usually interact much were able to communicate actively, get to know each other better, and deepen their relationships.
The venue was filled with a lively atmosphere from start to finish, and it was a time when we could feel connections that transcended departmental boundaries.
As such, Autec Co., Ltd. holds a kickoff meeting once every six months.
Going forward, we will continue to value the connections among our employees, work to create an environment where each individual can continue to grow, and strive to provide even better value to our customers.
We look forward to your continued support of Autec Co., Ltd. this year!
