On October 5, 2026, we held our second-half kickoff meeting for fiscal year 2026 at the Atami Pearl Star Hotel.
This time, the event was held in Atami, which is right in the middle of Shin-Yokohama, where our head office is located, and Shizuoka, where our Shizuoka sales office is located. The day began with opening remarks, followed by progress reports from each department, self-introductions from all employees, awards, and team-building activities.
In the progress reports from each department, each department presented their work content, achievements, and future goals, sharing the company's overall vision. It was a good opportunity to deepen our understanding of other departments and the company as a whole, and to consider how we can apply this to our future work.
In the subsequent self-introductions, each employee shared their favorite things, current hobbies, dreams, and more in one minute. It was a fun and laughter-filled event, as we learned new sides of our colleagues.
After the self-introductions, we held an awards ceremony. We aim to be a company where everyone continues to grow, inspired by their proactive attitude towards learning.
After lunch, we were given a tour of Atami, and then, as a team-building activity, we participated in "Challenge THE Mission," an event held in the heart of Atami and organized by Gensen & Co.
Using paper maps and clues, we challenged ourselves with missions that involved interacting with locals and taking photos and videos, competing as a team to get the highest score. It was a valuable experience to explore Atami without relying on smartphones. As we aimed to complete the missions, roles were naturally divided within the team, and we were able to deepen our relationships with each other.
We will continue to grow by utilizing the lessons learned through this kickoff meeting.
