Please tell me about your job responsibilities and roles.
I work at the logistics center located in the Shizuoka Sales Office, where I handle inbound and outbound inventory management, as well as shipping operations for both domestic and international orders. My responsibilities cover the entire process—from picking products and palletizing them to arranging trucks and loading shipments.
Forklifts are frequently used in our daily operations, and we work closely as a team to ensure efficient product handling and shipping. We regularly exchange ideas and share procedures and workflow routes to improve efficiency.
Understanding the situation on the warehouse floor and coordinating with team members to ensure that products are shipped accurately and safely is an important part of my role.

What do you keep in mind while working?
In my daily work, I focus on maintaining initiative, responsibility, and careful planning. This is especially important for international shipments. To prevent shipping or packaging errors, we strictly follow a double-check system where two people verify each step. Because many products have similar model numbers or can easily be mistaken for one another, thorough checking is essential. Delivering products accurately is not just a routine task—it is an important role in building a connection of trust with our customers through our products. For that reason, I take responsibility for every step of the process and strive to reliably connects products to customers.
What was the moment you felt a sense of fulfillment?
What I find particularly rewarding is the moment when a large shipment destined for overseas markets is successfully completed.
I feel the greatest sense of accomplishment when we successfully complete a large international shipment.
Palletizing a large volume of products and carefully checking each item while loading them onto trucks requires both physical stamina and concentration. Because of that, the sense of achievement when everything is completed safely is very rewarding.
From palletizing the products in-house, arranging the trucks, loading the cargo, and seeing those products shipped overseas, it is a proud moment to know that the products we prepared ourselves will travel across the ocean and reach customers around the world.
What is the atmosphere like at work, and what are the characteristics of the team?
Our workplace has a good balance between focus and a relaxed atmosphere. Because we work within limited time and space, we constantly think about how to carry out shipping operations efficiently and quickly. Each team member contributes ideas and improvements to the process. During work hours we stay focused on our tasks, but during breaks or between operations we actively communicate with each other and maintain a friendly atmosphere. It is a workplace that balances efficiency with strong teamwork.
What do you want to try in the future?
Going forward, I would like to take a more active role in improving our day-to-day operations. In particular, I want to focus on physical improvements such as better use of warehouse space and reviewing the warehouse layout. Based on what I have learned while working on-site, I believe there is still plenty of room to improve our workflows and storage methods. My goal is to help create systems that allow our operations to become more efficient and eliminate unnecessary steps.

How do you spend your days off? (Hobbies, etc…)
On my days off, I like to relax by drawing, watching movies or anime, and reading manga. A wide variety of titles pique my interest, so I enjoy finding new manga to read, regardless of genre. When I go out, I like visiting shopping malls to browse for interesting goods or enjoy good food. These activities help me refresh and recharge.
