We recently visited our overseas offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai!
During this business trip, in addition to specific disccussion at each office, we also shared information between Japan, Hong Kong, and Shanghai, and worked on initiatives to further improve operational efficiency.
We are aiming for further streamlining collaboration with overseas offices!
One of the main objectives of the visit was to create an environment that allows for smooth data sharing between our offices in Japan and Hong Kong/Shanghai. We conducted connection tests on-site and confirmed that it works without any problem! We were able to create an environment that will make future collaboration between our offices even smoother.
Exchange of views on business operation improvement in Hong Kong and Shanghai
Interviews were conducted with local staff in Hong Kong office regarding their experience using our proprietary sales accounting system, which has been operational since January of this year, and we were able to gather feedback on areas for improvement. They reported experiencing a reduction in work time due to the system's implementation, confirming that it is being utilized in actual business operations.
At our Shanghai office, we exchanged ideas with local staff about workflows and future improvements in order to further streamline operations. By directly discussing these issues while observing actual operations on-site, we gained various insights that will be useful for the future.
This business trip allowed further deepen collaboration with our overseas offices and lead to future improvements in our operations. It was indeed a meaningful time spent.
