Our two-day kick off meeting held on April 17th and 18th helped us welcome the new 2025 fiscal year.
This year also marks the 30th anniversary of Autec's founding, so in celebration of this monumentous occasion, we invited a special guest to lecture at the event.
Day 1
General kick-off meeting:
First, each department reviewed the results of the previous fiscal year and presented their business reports and proposals for improvement.
Day 2
Special Seminar: featuring special guest
"Learn about professionalism from Ryuzo Morioka" / Morning Session
Former Japanese national soccer team player Ryuzo Morioka joined our meeting by delivering a passionate speech about professional attitude and teaching us about how to efficiently work as a team.
His sincere words gave us many insights on how to be successful in the business world.
"Learning Team Communication Through Blind Soccer® Work" / Afternoon Session
In "blind soccer" we wore blindfolds and had to rely solely on our teammates' voices to score goals.
As we actually moved our bodies in this activity, it became clear just how important effective communication and trusting your teammates is.
Day 2's training program was made possible with the cooperation of Mr.Yoshihiro Takeda, Director and CSO of Cricap, Inc.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to him and Cricap,Inc.
These two days were a valuable time that not only allowed us to reflect on the previous term, but also helped us to improve our individual awareness as well as our team strength.
We will apply the skills learned in this experience to continue aiming for further growth in our future work.
